We celebrate National Walking Month here at Humble Bee Farm!
As part of National Walking Month in May 2020, we are hosting our very first walking event on Saturday 16th May!
Arrive on Friday 15th May from 2pm, our lovely farm is a walker’s dream with two shorter circular walks to help get you limbered up.
On Saturday 16th May, after a great nights sleep in your accommodation, we will meet outside reception at 10am. There will be a guided walk the Anvil Arms Pub which is a 4 hour route in total with a 1 hour pub stop.
Margaret Boyd, an ecologist from Yorkshire Coast Nature will be your guide, and will help you identify the spectacular flora and fauna of this Yorkshire Wolds route.
After a lovely days walking you can relax for the evening at your accommodation with a fire pit, before departing from us on Sunday morning at 10am.
Don’t worry, if you didn’t manage to fit in our Humble Bee Farm Walks, you are more than welcome to hang around Sunday after departing your accommodation to explore them.
