Please note: pregnant women not advised to enter the lambing area.

Does Everyone Need a Ticket
Yes, everyone needs a ticket. Although under 2’s are free, they still need a ticket. Tickets can be purchased online. 

You will need to choose your time and date and ensure these are both correct at time of payment.  

Full payment is required at time of booking. 

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 mins before your start time. This gives you time to park your car in our car park at the top of our site, and walk to our check-in area at Reception, please follow the signs.  

What happens next
On arrival please check into Reception. Our team will have a list of valid ticket holders. 

Please note there will be health and safety signage in place around the site, so please be aware of them. PLEASE BE AWARE TOUCHING OF THE ANIMALS IS ENTIRELY AT THE CUSTOMERS OWN RISK. PREGNANT WOMEN ARE ADVISED TO AVOID ALL CLOSE CONTACT WITH SHEEP DURING THE LAMBING SEASON.
Once you  have your tickets then make your way to the lambing shed where the Lambing Crew will be waiting.
There are photo opportunities around the site and visit The Hive and our onsite Shop.   

What happens if I’ve lost my ticket? 

If you have mislaid your ticket our team will do our best to help you. You are advised to print off your ticket ready for check in. 

Can I turn up on the day?
No, as we cap the numbers you will need to book online before the event, thank you.  

How does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 45 minutes but you are welcome to stay on the farm as long as you wish to enjoy the event. 

 

Will the event be busy? 

We cap the numbers for each event, however there will be other families attending at the same time as you and have a busy feel. 

Everyone will get their turn so we ask guests to be patient. 

If you prefer a quieter session, we suggest Wednesday sessions and these are also great for home ed and SEN children.  

 

Can I change my booking?
Changes to booking may be possible however you are advised to call in as soon as possible on 01723 890437 as numbers are so limited. 

 

Do I need warm clothes is it indoors?
This event takes place both indoor and outdoor on a working farm, so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.  

Can we take photos of the sheep?
Yes – you are very welcome to take as many photos as you wish during this event. 

Are dogs allowed?
No – strictly no dogs allowed in the lambing area. 

You can bring your dog with you and he/she must be on a lead but MUST NOT enter the lambing area or be left unattended at any time. 

Washing of hands  

You MUST wash your hands before eating and drinking. 

We have two shower blocks onsite where hands can be washed thoroughly.  

Is there food and drinks available to purchase?
Yes, we will have The Hive, open to purchase hot and cold food, Plus snacks, sweet treats and hot/cold drinks. Please note that these are not included in the ticket price. 

Do I need to print my ticket off?  

You are advised to print off your ticket as there is no phone signal at Humble Bee Farm. 

Is the ticket refundable?
No. In the event of a cancellation by the host, you will receive a voucher for the full booking amount to spend at  H Bee. 

 

Children must be supervised at all times. 

Lambs and ewes do not like lots of noise so remember we have a farm walk and an outdoor play area if children want to walk/play.  

There is basic first aid available onsite at the Reception during events times.  

Do you have toilets and a baby change?

Yes we have toilets on site and hand wash facilities, as well as a baby change facility.
