Margaret Boyd will be hosting our Nature events for 2022 down on the farm during the summer months! We cant wait to welcome you all and thought you might like to know a bit about Margaret!

“As a keen birder, naturalist and qualified teacher I manage to combine my passions; spending most of my time outside, inspiring and enthusing people about the natural world. During the week I work as a teacher at Yorkshire Water’s nature reserve, Tophill Low, which is near Driffield. I run both the school’s programme and the family events working with people of all ages and abilities; whether it is for an A’Level project, a walking group or a class of primary school children carrying out pond dipping. Alongside my part time teaching role, I am also a wildlife guide and bird surveyor, guiding visitors to experience the wealth of wildlife that calls the moors, forests and coastline of Yorkshire its home.”
